Paying on-line is safe and secure. GHOG Membership runs from 1 Jan - 31 Dec and dues are not pro-rated. Membership must be renewed annually on 1 January. Thru the Chute is Back for 2022!
About the Event:
Thru the Chute Boat Race is a cardboard boat race held annually at the New Braunfels City Tube Chute. Competitors launch their handmade vessels through the Chute as spectators cheer them on. Between races, guests are encouraged to participate in educational and imaginative activities hosted by event partners on the banks of the Comal River at the City Tube Chute.
2022 Event Date: April 23, 2022
Boat Check-in at 8:30am; First Launch & Activities begin at 10am
Show off your skills!
Teams must pre-register to compete in this hilarious and educational event. There are two different classes; please sign up for the Novice or Expert class.
